Dr. Mark Fitzgerald has practiced in Cartersville since 1997. He attended the University of Georgia from 1981-1985, and graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr Fitzgerald has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, Botox and dermal fillers, and oral conscious sedation for both teens and adults. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
He and his wife, Ann, have 3 beautiful children - Shae, Cami and Sean. In his spare time, Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys spending quality time with his family, Georgia Bulldogs football, and fitness.
Dr. Boban Fidanoski, DMD is a graduate of the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada, and is currently in his 7th year of practice as a Dentist. He has been serving the Metro Atlanta area and Georgia communities since 2017 when the Fidanoski family moved from Canada to the United States. He is a husband to Natali and father to Theodora and Angella.
Dr. Fidanoski is also a Dental Hygiene graduate with Honors from the Canadian College of Dental Health in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, and has practiced for 3 years as Registered Dental Hygienist and for 2 years as Dental Technician before becoming a Dentist. Dr. Fidanoski is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). He likes spending time with his family, traveling, watching soccer games on TV, and listening to Jazz music.
Dr. Maxwell Bilderback graduated from the Dental College of Georgia in 2020 and practices as a general dentist. Prior to dental school Dr. Max attended Georgia State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Biology. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Georgia Dental Association. Dr. Max enjoys educating patients to promote long term dental health and providing gentle care.
Dr. Bilderback grew up in Kennesaw, Georgia and has returned home to practice here in Cartersville. In his free time he enjoys playing his guitar, exploring local restaurants, making candles with his girlfriend Dana, and spending time relaxing with his family.
Dr. Thomas Shaw received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Florida Southern College, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed a M.S. in Inorganic Chemistry. Subsequently, he attended the Emory University School of Dentistry on a NHSC scholarship and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1982, along with induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society.
Dr. Shaw is experienced in all phases of general dentistry with experience working in public health, in family and group dental practice, teaching senior dental students as a clinical/adjunct faculty member with the Dental College of Georgia-Augusta University, and in university health as faculty at UGA. His particular interests include endodontics, oral surgery, implant restorations, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Shaw attained Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1991. This designation requires a minimum of 500 hours of post doctoral education in all areas of dentistry and the successful completion of a comprehensive examination over all phases of dentistry.
Dr. Shaw believes in treating his patients as if they were members of his family and strives to offer the best and most advanced treatment possible.
He and his wife have a son in college and the family cocker spaniel at home. He is an avid golfer and can be found practicing, playing or building golf clubs in his spare time.
