Kellen Churchill, RDH
Greetings! I was born and raised in Rome, GA where I currently live with my wife, Heather, and my daughter, Kaylyn. I enjoy spending time with family and working with my hands when I’m not with them; either drawing, painting, or doing several other hands-on projects. I am a two-times graduate of Georgia Highlands College for Dental Hygiene and Studio Fine Arts.
I have served on the Georgia Highlands College Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee since 2016 where I advise dental hygiene students and offer insight about anything from newer technology to new procedures and techniques to the Director of Dental Hygiene and other dental staff in the surrounding communities. I am also involved with the state and federal accreditation of the program.
I’m passionate about the field of dentistry and I enjoy the feeling of helping people with their smile, health, and overall well-being. I feel like I’m part of a great team here and feel very blessed to assist with your dental needs!
Katie Kallett, RDH
I earned my Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Georgia Highlands College in 2014. I have greatly enjoyed my career choice; I love being able to help my patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
I currently live in Rome, Ga with my husband, Tommy. We have two dogs--a Golden Retriever, Ruger, and a Labrador Retriever, Bear. In our free time, we enjoy being outdoors, and traveling to new places.

Hi my name is Emily I graduated from Georgia Perimeter College in 2006 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. I strive to make all of my patients comfortable during their appointments with understanding and a gentle touch. I live in Kingston on our small horse farm. When not at work I am spending time with my family and caring for all of my horses, dogs and cats.
Madel Ketterer, RDH
Hi my name is Madel. I graduated from MCG in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I was born in Baton Rouge, LA (Geaux Tigahs) and planted myself in Georgia in 1987. I currently live in Cartersville and have 2 grown children, Jordan and Julia. Also, can’t forget my beloved furry son Clarence and my grand-cat Luna. When not focusing on work, I love being with my family and friends, watching college football, and being at the lake or beach. What I love about my job is helping patients feel comfortable while achieving their optimal dental health. My goal is to have each of my patients leave smiling. I feel blessed to be a part of this great team.

I grew up and have lived here in Bartow County my entire life. I have been married for over 20 years to my wonderful husband, Daniel and we have one son, Nathaniel. In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking, camping and quality time with my family.
I have worked with Dr. Fitzgerald for over 17 years. The thing I like best about my job is meeting and talking with patients about their dental needs.
Erika Brock, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Hello! Welcome to our office! My name is Erika I have been an expanded functions dental assistant for 12 years. I joined Allatoona Family Dental in 2013 after the birth of my first child. I love my job because I can help people have a beautiful smile, more confidence and ideal dental health. My goal every day is to make our patients very comfortable with treatment.
My husband Dusty and I have been married since 2010. We have one beautiful daughter Hadley who was born in June 2013. We also have a Chocolate Lab Timber who is supposed to be a "hunting" dog, but he is more of a family member than a dog. When not at work we enjoy spending our extra time outdoors, and traveling.

Hi, I am Josephine "Jo" Benton. I am a 24 year veteran of the U.S. Army and have been in the dental field since the mid-nineties. My favorite part of my job is watching apprehensive patients grow comfortable.
I enjoy reading and pretending to work out. I enjoy spending time with my two children Jasmine & Jonathan and my four grandchildren, Brynleigh, Braylon, Ja'Hailyn, & Bella.

Hi! My name is Gabrielly but everyone calls me Gabby. I was born in Brazil but moved to America when I was 5 years old. I graduate from Dental Career Institution and have been loving the dental field. I love being able to meet new people and help them achieve their ideal goal in their dental needs/expectations. On my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my family and friends and going on beach trips any chance I can get.

Hello! My name is Shae. I was born in sunny Florida and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia. I attended Jacksonville state University from 2018-2020 and graduated from Dental Careers Institute top of my class. My dad is Dr. Fitzgerald of this practice, so I’ve always grown up around the dental world. I love being able to help my patients achieve their dental goals and make them feel at ease while doing so. In my free time I like to hang out by the lake, go on hikes, and travel to new places. I also enjoy listening to music and going to concerts any chance I get.

Hellooo! My name is Taylor, but everyone in my hometown calls me Taylo. I was born and raised in a small town called Cedartown, Georgia (you can definitely tell by my accent). I enjoy riding four wheelers, motorcycles, dirt bikes, razors and going muddin'. I have been an assistant since 2018. I absolutely love the career path that I have chosen! I married the love of my life, Wes, on October 3rd, 2021. We have a beautiful daughter named Layla. We LOVE to travel. We have a Maltese named Ziggy. I am so blessed to be part of the AFD team and help patients achieve their dental goal!

Hey! My name is Bianca, I was born in San Diego California but relocated to Cartersville at the age of 14. I have been in the dental field since 2015 and I can say I truly enjoy it.
I have 2 beautiful daughters, Samantha and Salma who are my world. We love our small town, football games and events around the area. I enjoy traveling, hiking new trails, going to the beach, and trying out new food.

Hello! My name is Hope, I was born in Calhoun, GA. Moved to Cartersville when I was 7. I have been in the dental admin field, for 9 years. I started out in pediatrics and now, general. I have one precious little boy named Hudson. I'm a music and movie fanatic & I love trivia about them. I like travel, kayak, roller skate, antique shopping, fishing, road trips & spending time with family and friends. Especially my best friend Pamyla of 27yrs and my God children. My dream getaway trip would be to visit Ireland or Alaska. I love making others laugh & smile! :)
